WAITING LIST
Registration Procedures:  
  • Go to www.eAYSO.org and Pre-register your child(ren).
  • Parents will be contacted by the Regional Registrar of availability.
  • Registration Fees will be $100.00 per player.
  • Fees are payable with a check or cash.  (We do not accept credit cards for payments).
  • Registration MUST be entered using www.eayso.org.
  • Two copies of the eAYSO player registration form must be printed and submitted in person.
  • New players or players new to the Cypress region will be required to provide proof of birth date.

 

 

 


Registration dates and times are set.  Our location for parents/guardians to submit their paperwork and complete the registration process is Cawthon Elementary School on Myra at Denni in Cypress.

Registration fees remain at $90 per player or $270 maximum per family.
Parents or guardians who come in to one of the four (4) Early Registration dates will receive a discount of $10 per player.

We will be using a different system for the electronic pre-registration than we have in past years.  An ADDITIONAL $5 will be discounted from player fees for using this new system.

You will still need to print out two copies and bring them with you to Cawthon on one of the following dates:

Pre-registration dates and times (discounted fees and priority placement):
Saturday    April 26      1 pm to 4 pm
Sunday      April 27      1 pm to 4 pm
Thursday    May 1        6 pm to 9 pm
Sunday      May 4        1 pm to 5 pm

Now changed to be eligible for Early Registration discounts.
Pre-registration dates and times (discounted fees and priority placement):
Thursday    May 15      6 pm  to 9 pm
Saturday    May 17    10 am  to 5 pm

Regular Registration:
Sunday      June 1     10 am  to 3 pm

We have begun the Team Formation process for all registered players!

Players will be placed on teams based upon availablity within each division.
All players not immediately placed on teams will be assigned to waiting lists and pulled onto teams as coaches become available.

By logging into eAYSO.org and pre-registering your child in the system, you will be automatically generating an email notification to the Registrar of your interest to play this Fall.  As divisions and teams have openings, the Registrar will contact those parents in the order that they were placed on the waiting list.  To complete the registration process, parents must submit two (2) copies of their signed eAYSO registration forms and payment to the Registrar with the $100 registration fee.

Fall Regular Registration is Complete! 

Players interested in signing up for this season, but who missed the Registration dates, may use our Waiting List to notify the Regional Registrar of their interest.

Parents will be contacted as openings on teams become available in the order that they signed up in eAYSO.

We will continue to pull players from the waiting list for as long as we can create teams.
